Charging stations for electronic devices
In this project, we designed and manufactured charging totems for electronic devices for Doublet and installed them at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport to improve passenger comfort during waiting times before a flight.
The totems have been designed to be placed between benches in waiting areas such as airports, stations, and waiting rooms.
Each side features a charging point pictogram for easy identification, allowing users to charge their devices with complete convenience.
Its design makes use of the space between the benches, allowing users to charge their devices on both sides of the totem while waiting to board their flight.
It has a tray attached to the base of the totem, which allows the modules to be connected, thus concealing the wiring and connections. The totem includes a Schuko connector, USB type A, and type C.
Totem dimensions: 540 x 100 x 1240 mm.
